Pilot program
ONCE is provided through a controlled, invitation-only pilot. Access is granted at ONCE's discretion and may be revoked. These interim terms govern pilot use; an executed agreement between your firm and ONCE supersedes these terms where they conflict.
Demonstration data
Demonstration workspaces use synthetic, fictional data. Do not enter protected health information or confidential client information into a demonstration workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree to use ONCE only for lawful firm purposes, to respect access controls, and not to attempt to access other firms' information or circumvent permissions.
AI output
ONCE may generate analysis using AI. AI-generated analysis should be reviewed by qualified legal or medical professionals before reliance. ONCE does not guarantee case outcomes, legal results, deadlines, or medical conclusions. See our AI Use page.
No warranty
ONCE is provided "as is" during the pilot without warranties of any kind. Security, privacy, retention, and data-processing commitments are governed only by an executed agreement. See Security and Privacy.
